To the Graduate,

Congratulations on everything you’ve accomplished! We’re excited to see where God leads you. There’s a lot of excitement in this season (probably some nerves, too), and we think keeping these things in mind we’ll be incredibly helpful as you move into this next chapter!

Cherish God’s Word

There’s going to be a lot of voices going off about what you should do, who you are and what life is all about. In the middle of all the noise remember whose voice is always true. Lean into his Word and let it be your ultimate guide to your choices, identity and purpose.

Build Community

At times there’s going to be celebration and other times difficulties, and through it all, you’ll want the right people beside you who know you and keep pointing you back to God. Gather the right people and see what blessings flow from them.

Lose Your Life To Find It

Jesus said, “For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.”  It’s when you live for the glory of God that you come alive.

Seek First God’s Kingdom

It’s all about him. Make HIS name known. Make much of HIS fame. Let your life be a mirror reflecting the gospel to everyone you encounter. It’s going to be the best thing you’ve ever done.

Trust His Leading and Love

God loves you. He never changes, but when life does, remember that you have a good, faithful and steady Father (And if it’s hard to remember go find that community of yours — they’ll remind you!).

Keep Coming Back To Jesus

Who you become will be more important than what you accomplish, so position your life toward Jesus. There’s nothing of more value than your relationship with him.

We’re proud of you, we love you and we’re always praying.

The world would have us believe that the greatest thing to fear could be all kinds of things — sickness, political instability, or society and its further withdraw from biblical truth. These are valid concerns indeed, but are they our ultimate fear? For what causes us certain death without Jesus...
